Good Value
Cost savings is not the same as value. Let's say you went to buy a swimming pool. You went into the pool store and found a model you liked. You weren't too picky as far as exterior color, etc, but you wanted something large enough to swim a few laps in. You arrange with the salesperson to have it delivered and installed at your home. So when the pool installation guys get there and pull a large kiddie pool out of the truck, you're a little confused. You tell them to hold on a minute and you call the salesperson. The sales person says, "I know it's not exactly as you ordered, but there was a great sale going on and so I was able to get you a huge cost savings!". Silly, huh? Maybe in this case, but not in the case of industrial farming. Now the "kiddie pool" is that boneless/skinless chicken breast you're buying in the supermarket, thinking that you're doing your health and your family's health a great favor in eating good food. Industrial farming is a great "cost savings" if you don't mind eating empty calories that can actually harm your health instead of healthful food, bland and tasteless meat instead of chicken packed with mouth-bursting flavor, and food that is grown using practices that cause harm to the environment instead of sustaining and improving it. Pastured poultry is a value in that it is full of healthy nutrients, has wonderful flavor, and is grown in a way that improves and enriches the environment. No, cost savings is not the same as value. Value is much, much more. Our pastured poultry is a fantastic value! See for yourself and order now.
